Information We Collect
We collect information you provide during onboarding — including your name, practice name, email address, practitioner type, and content preferences. We also collect billing information processed securely through Stripe. We never store credit card numbers directly.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to generate and deliver your monthly marketing content, communicate with you about your account, and improve our service. To serve you better, we may share relevant information with trusted partners — including the brands and service providers we work with to deliver and enhance your content. We never sell or rent your information, and we require any partner we share with to handle it responsibly and use it only to support the services we provide to you.
AI-Generated Content
Your practice information is used as context for AI content generation via Anthropic's Claude API. Content is generated in accordance with Anthropic's usage policies. Your data is not used to train AI models. All generated content is reviewed for compliance before delivery.
Data Security & Retention
Your data is stored securely in encrypted systems. Portal passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We retain content records for 12 months following account closure for dispute resolution purposes.
Client Services Agreement
